I recently bought myself a pair of blue denim jeans, a very rare buy for someone like myself that normally gravitates toward skinny black pants. The jeans are from H&M Conscious Denim collection. Not only do they have a phenomenal fit, in a super stretchy material that hugs your silhouette without any discomfort, but they were made with 56% less water and 58% less energy consumption in production– making the Conscious Denim Collection a more sustainable collection. So with that said, I am very satisfied with my new pair.
With this collection H&M is taking steps into improving the manufacturing process of denim wear by sustainably producing with more sustainable materials.
The Conscious Denim pieces are made up of an assortment of organic cotton, organic linen and recycled wool.
The women’s wear line has a variety of silhouettes guarantee to satisfy everyone’s taste; skinny to relaxed fits and tapered ankles.
In addition, we are introducing new stylish denim pieces for a monochrome look: jogger jeans in knitted indigo with the softness of sweatpants, a sharply cut jumpsuit and a short bomber jacket. Accessories in dark blue shades complete the look. – H&M
